All services are tailored to meet the client's unique business or personal needs and will be delivered as per the agreed project scope and timelines.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before the commencement of any project. All payment details will be outlined in a formal invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will receive the rights to the final deliverables, excluding third-party resources used under license. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Revisions & Support

Each project includes a limited number of revisions as defined in the service agreement. Additional changes beyond this scope may incur extra fees. Support is offered for a limited period after delivery unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may request cancellation in writing. Refunds will be assessed based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. Once work has started, full refunds are not guaranteed.

8. Confidentiality

All client data and project details are kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law.

9. Liability Limitation

While we strive for excellence, Makhlouf Ouzar shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bejaia, Algeria.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
